Easy to prepare. The meat is very tender. Friends, lovers duck, found this dish unusual and delicious. And the children eat with great pleasure and ask for more.

Cooking
Melt in a deep frying pan butter.
Then add the finely chopped onions and fry until soft. Onion sprinkle with salt when frying.
It is time to add the duck! For cooking I usually take either duck fillet with skins (for juiciness), or fillets and thighs.
Fry the duck until Golden brown.
Now is the time for beer! Just don't drink it, and pour the duck :)
Add the spices and leave to stew for 60-90 minutes, without covering with a lid. Salt is usually 20 minutes before end of cooking.
When the beer almost evaporates and the remaining sauce has thickened, spread on plates, pouring the sauce and entertained the guests! It is not bad as a side dish to roast potatoes.
