Description

Chicken livers with pineapple
Very tasty! A great combination.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    150 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sweet white wine

    60 ml

  • Vodka

    100 ml

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.25 tsp

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

The liver and cut into medium pieces.

Onions finely chop.

The pineapple slices.

Over high heat in a frying pan fry the onion.

Add the liver.

After a couple of minutes add the soy sauce Kikkoman, pepper, pineapple and white wine.

Add sugar, vodka and ignite. While there is intense stir.

Maximum of evaporated liquid. Garnish boiled buckwheat.
