A smoothie with ricotta cheese
Very refreshing, moderately spicy and very satisfying smoothie.

Ingredients

  • Ricotta

    150 g

  • Mozzarella

    125 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Cucumber

    40 g

  • Basil

  • Lemon juice

  • Oat flakes

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Yogurt

    110 ml

In skillet, heat vegetable oil and fry spices.

Add the oatmeal and, stirring constantly, fry until of a nice Golden color and nutty smell.

In the bowl of a food processor or blender pour the yogurt, put in pieces cheese, sliced cucumber, add ricotta, fried in oil with spices oatmeal, squeeze the juice from 1/4 of a lemon.

Grind everything until smooth.
