Rice with soy sauce and vegetables
Surprisingly tasty, lean dish. Vegetables give the rice a moist, soy sauce, Kikkoman is a refined, Oriental taste. Be sure to try it as a meatless dish or as a side dish to meat and fish.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Green peas

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Rice a good wash and put to boil, a little salt.

A large onion peel and cut into cubes.

Medium size carrots wash, peel and cut into thin strips.

Bulgarian pepper cut into strips (I had already chopped and frozen)

The pan pour vegetable oil and put all the vegetables and pepper.

Sauté the vegetables for 1-2 minutes over medium heat.

In the pan with the vegetables pour in naturally brewed soy sauce Kikkoman. Soy sauce should be plenty to make all the vegetables are well soaked. Mix well.

Cover and simmer until the vegetables are almost ready.

When the rice is cooked, drain the water and rinse it.

Cooked rice to shift to vegetables.

Mix everything and try. Add more soy sauce Kikkoman, saute 5 minutes
