Cooking
Dried fruit pre-soaked in fruit syrup and leave for the night. Beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the eggs one by one, while beating well with a mixer.
In a separate bowl, combine sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.
Mix everything carefully.
Here also add pre-pressed dried fruit.
This mixture to combine with the oil mixture.
Mix well. Put into a form and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes until dry splinter.
For the glaze mix the lemon juice and powdered sugar. The finished cake remove from the form and pour the sugar glaze and topping. My cake rose unevenly, summed up my oven ( But it did not affect the taste! Cake turned out very delicate, crumbly and very soon was eaten in my household! Bon appetit!
