Cooking
Butter room temperature vzbit with sugar until white. Add the eggs one by one beating well.
In a separate bowl mix the sifted buckwheat, wheat flour, baking powder.
Add the vanilla sugar, cinnamon and mix well.
Mix well and add to the butter-egg mixture.
Add the soaked fruit in syrup dried fruit and mix well.
Add 3 tablespoons of fruit syrup, stir and put in a greased form. The dough will be quite thick. The dough is smooth spatula. Bake in preheated oven for about an hour until dry toothpick.
Cupcake to cool completely, soak with orange juice.
