Pollock in a spicy marinade
Pollock - fish, that is not considered noble, exquisite, delicious. And it's not quite right because it is good in any form, not expensive and available. Gonna marinate the fish in a spicy marinade and discover a new taste.

Ingredients

  • Pollock

    1 kg

  • Rye flour

    2 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    0.75 cup

  • Water

    0.25 cup

  • Potato starch

    3 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

For the marinade garlic skip through the press. Water mixed with starch.

In a saucepan mix all the marinade ingredients, put on low heat.

Stir, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. The marinade thickens, but do not overdo! Cool.

Put fish in deep bowl, add salt and pour the marinade, stir so that every piece of fish was covered with marinade and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

For breading take the rye flour.

Preheat the pan with vegetable oil. Pieces of fish roll in flour and fry both sides until cooked.
