Description
First time baked a cake with chestnut flour, it turned out delicious, unusual, bright taste of chestnuts and fragrant cap of cream and honey. Recipe from the Italian program "it was" (detto fatto), this cake has no flour so it's gluten free if that is important to someone. Help yourself!

Cooking
To prepare this pie, I suggest to take cane sugar TM Mistral.
Soft butter vzbit with sugar.
Mix the chestnut flour with the baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Beat eggs in a Cup with a fork.
Add to the butter mix a third of the eggs, beat, then add one third of flour, whisking, alternating between eggs and flour to prepare the dough.
Form for baking grease oil, sprinkle with chestnut flour ( my form 22*14), put the dough in shape, smooth.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes for a rosy color. Ready pie to cool.
For the cream whip the cream and liquid honey.
Decorate with cream pie, I added a bit on top chestnuts in honey.
