Pear-bran muffin for Breakfast
Very tasty and tender cupcake, with a moist texture and a crisp, useful and great for any Breakfast, because it has everything for a great start to the day: cereal, cinnamon, pear and honey!

Ingredients

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    1 cup

  • Flakes cereal

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Yogurt

    50 g

  • Milk

    0.66 cup

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Pear

    300 g

A mixture of flakes mixed with flour, sugar, baking powder, and spices.

In a separate container mix the butter, milk, yogurt, honey and egg, and then pour cereal mixture and mix thoroughly.

Pear cut arbitrarily, but not very large.

Add the pears to the dough, stir.

Pour the batter into the cake pan, pre-oiled if necessary, and then put the form in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-50 minutes. My cupcake was prepared 40 minutes, then turned off the oven and left it to stand there for another 10 minutes.

The finished cake should allow to cool slightly (10-15 minutes), then removed from the mold, cut into slices and enjoy.
