Corn muffins with dried apricots
Corn flour has many beneficial properties, and pastries with its use is a light, crisp, cheerful yellow. The addition of dried apricots makes the taste even more intense! I recommend to try ;) the Recipe is borrowed from A. Skripkin, for which she thanks a lot!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Dried apricots

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Corn flour

    100 g

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Water

    4 tsp

  • The food dye
