  • Garlic

  • Soy sauce

In the same pan put all the vegetables except the spinach, stirring constantly to fry on strong heat for 3-5 minutes. For the sauce, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce and 3 tbsp of broth and crushed garlic clove.

To the vegetables add shrimp, pour sauce and stew several minutes.

In the end, add two handfuls of spinach leaves, stir and remove from heat.
