Cooking
In salted water cook the rice. I chose the rice Indica TM "Mistral"
Cod fillets salt and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut onions into small cubes and fry in hot vegetable oil with grated on a coarse grater carrots for 3 minutes. Connect roasted vegetables with beets, grated on a coarse grater, chopped garlic, salt, pepper, favorite spices (I added dried Basil, fresh parsley and a bit of hops-suneli) and egg
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Half of the vegetable mixture lay out on the parchment. Smooth. Put the cod, cover with the remaining vegetable mixture. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
Fish turns out very tender and easily divided into portions with a spatula. Serve the cod with salad with rice. All a pleasant appetite!!!
