In salted water cook the rice. I chose the basmati rice MIX of the company "Mistral"

It's very simple! In a blender or grinder, prepare the minced cod, bacon, onion, celery. Add salt and pepper to taste. Knead it with egg and breadcrumbs. Formed large patties. I got 4 pieces. In a well-heated vegetable oil fry the cutlets on medium heat on one side until Golden brown. Turn over, reduce the heat and keep the meatballs with the lid closed 12 minutes (add a little water)

Avocado and garlic grind in a blender, adding the lemon juice. Combine the resulting mixture with sour cream.
