Chocolate cake Trio
Fragrant cake for those who love chocolate desserts and keeping fit. "Trio" - as used three types of flour: spelt, whole wheat and corn (in my version of chickpeas). Pie is easy to prepare, wonderfully with a Cup of morning coffee. Yes, as a complement to a good Cup of tea. Try?

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Yogurt

    1.5 cup

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    0.5 cup

  • Corn flour

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Cognac

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Beat eggs with sugar.

Butter to melt. Cool. Add to egg mixture along with the yogurt.

Add the flour in three types, the baking powder, cocoa and nutmeg. Mix well.

In the finished dough to enter the cognac. Mix well.

The form in diameter 24 cm butter. Pour the batter and flatten.

Bake the pie at 180C for about 45 minutes. Ready pie to cool 10 minutes in pan, then on wire rack.
