Warm salad
The liver is very useful. And combining it with roasted vegetables, You will get a complete dish. In winter this is a very good support to the body.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    150 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Green peas

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Liver clean from films, cut into strips.

Pour the liver the cream and leave for 10 - 15 minutes.

Peel the carrot and grate on a "Korean" grater. Fry until soft in 1 tbsp oil.

Carrots put in a bowl. Peel the onion, cut into half and fry. Add to the carrots.

The liver to drain from the liquid.

The liver spread on a dry heated pan and fry, stirring, for a few minutes. Pour 1 tbsp of soy sauce for frying, fry on high heat until evaporation of the sauce, stirring constantly. I use soy sauce "wok" from TM Kikkoman.

Slice cucumbers, not too light. Put in a salad bowl.
