I suggest you try very wxne dish of beans and vegetables, which can be used as a garnish or as a separate dish. Delicious, fragrant and very useful. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts

    350 g

  • Cauliflower

    350 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    3 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.25 cup

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Fennel

    1 piece

Cooking

Soak the beans with water overnight and in the morning boil.

For the sauce mix the mustard, lemon juice, olive oil and water.

Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences, Brussels sprouts cut into halves, diced carrots, and fennel into quarters.

Place chopped vegetables in a hot pan and simmer for about 30 minutes in vegetable oil.

Add the boiled beans, sauce, salt and pepper. Stir and let simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
