Egg to milk, whisk.
The resulting mixture pour the oat flakes and leave them to swell for about 15 minutes. If you want it faster, place in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, but without the egg, put it in the finished pudding
When oat flakes swell, add to it chopped onion and garlic,
ground beef, salt, pepper and other seasonings to your taste. Good spices for meat and paprika. Mix thoroughly the ground beef – it is necessary to obtain a homogeneous mass.
Then shape the cutlets. Pour into a bowl a little buckwheat flakes and crumble cakes.
In a pan heat vegetable oil, put the cutlets and fry on low heat on both sides until Golden crust.
