Tender yeast pancakes with spicy apples
Suggest you try a thin yeast pancakes stuffed with whipped cream and with the addition of spiced apples cooked in syrup. It turns out very tasty and harmonious.

Ingredients

    800 ml

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Sweet white wine

    150 ml

  • Honey

    1 tsp

Milk heat until warm and pour into the bowl. Add salt, sugar and yeast.
