Cooking
Wash pumpkin, cut in half, remove the viscera and from the skin. Grate on a coarse grater.
In a saucepan heat the oil, put the pumpkin, simmer on medium heat until smooth puree. Give puree to cool, and then strain through cheesecloth, getting rid of excess fluid.
Separated puree mix in a bowl with the sugar and cinnamon.
For the test "of fillo" mix all ingredients, knead the dough elastic nucleases hands. Cover with a towel and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Pinching off small pieces, roll out circles (the size of small plates). Spread one side with 2 tbsp filling.
Close to Pete and semipaved like a Taco. Fry until Golden brown on both sides.
When serving, sprinkle with cinnamon and pour honey!!!
