Tasty grilled Greek pita with sweet filling of pumpkin! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    1.5 kg

  • Olive oil

    50 g

  • Sugar

    160 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Wash pumpkin, cut in half, remove the viscera and from the skin. Grate on a coarse grater.

In a saucepan heat the oil, put the pumpkin, simmer on medium heat until smooth puree. Give puree to cool, and then strain through cheesecloth, getting rid of excess fluid.

Separated puree mix in a bowl with the sugar and cinnamon.

For the test "of fillo" mix all ingredients, knead the dough elastic nucleases hands. Cover with a towel and leave for 20-30 minutes.
