Patties of chickpeas with mushrooms
I offer you the recipe of vegetable cutlets made of chickpea with pickled mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Flax seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

  • Thyme

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

Cooking

Soak the chickpeas TM Mistral 8 hours

Boil 60 min Water 1:5 the volume of chickpeas, 1 litre of water. 10 minutes before end of cooking add salt

Chop the onion, carrots

Sauté in vegetable oil

Mushrooms wash, drain in a colander

Flax seeds grind in a coffee grinder and pour hot water. Allow to stand until "cleopatera" status

Mix the boiled chickpeas, browned carrots, onion, mushrooms. To blend

Add the garlic, herbs, black pepper, salt and thyme, blend flax seeds with water

To form patties, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil
