Prepare the products.
Measure out the required amount of cereal. I used the "Hercules" TM Mistral.
Fill the flakes in a coffee grinder.
Grind cereal into flour.
In a Cup pour both types of flour. Add a pinch of salt, baking powder and butter. Add the sugar "Demerara" TM "Mistral".
Grind all the ingredients with a fork until the state crumbs.
Wash and slice the strawberries.
In a Cup break 2 eggs. Add the cream. Whisk.
In a Cup with the dough - crumbs, add butter-egg mixture and chopped berries.
Carefully stir. The dough is ready.
Spread the dough on the laid parchment baking sheet. Evenly distributed. It turns out the thickness of the dough about 1 cm.
Put the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cooled cake. Cut it into pieces in the form of rectangles. Pour the melted chocolate.
Serving "sticks", adding strawberries.
