Gave us a gift - a small basket of mushrooms (chanterelles) that are not in our area. Fried, froze, and a little left. Decided to bake a cake, adding to your garden greenery. Try!

Cooking
Prepare the products.
Measure out the required amount of cereal. We put them in the grinder.
Cheese grate on a grater.
Mushrooms washed. Spread on a pan. Fry without oil.
Getting rid of excess fluid.
In a Cup break 2 fresh eggs. Add salt and sugar. Whisk with a fork.
Add the yogurt and melted butter.
Pour the flour from oatmeal. Stir.
Add the flour and the baking powder. Stir.
Stir. The dough is ready.
In form, the laid parchment, spread half of the dough.
Put on the dough fried mushrooms. Add salt to taste.
Sprinkle with grated cheese (half the cheese)
Spread the second half of the dough.
On top of the dough lay out the greenery (the feathers of chives).
Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Put the form with the pie in the preheated oven.
Bake pie for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Let cool slightly and serve pie.
