Pie with mushrooms and greens
Gave us a gift - a small basket of mushrooms (chanterelles) that are not in our area. Fried, froze, and a little left. Decided to bake a cake, adding to your garden greenery. Try!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Oat flakes

    170 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Greens

  • Mushrooms

    350 g

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

Prepare the products.

Measure out the required amount of cereal. We put them in the grinder.

Grind them into flour.

Cut the greens.

Cheese grate on a grater.

Mushrooms washed. Spread on a pan. Fry without oil.

In a Cup break 2 fresh eggs. Add salt and sugar. Whisk with a fork.
