Cherry pie air
This fragrant, delicious cake is prepared on the basis of soft cupcake dough with a millet cereal. Millet flakes from Mistral give this pie a special tenderness and airiness. The cake turned out incredibly tender and juicy. In summer, this pie can be prepared with any seasonal berries.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Wheat flakes

    50 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Powdered sugar

  • Cherry

    270 g

Cooking

Butter in advance remove from the refrigerator and leave at room temperature.

Beat butter with sugar.

Add the eggs one at a time.

To whisk, to enter the yogurt, beat again.

Add the millet flakes Mistral.

Add the sifted flour, vanilla, and a pinch of salt and soda.

The dough will be thick ( if the dough is very thick, yogurt to add a little more). Put the dough in a greased form, to level.

Put the cherries, pressing it into the dough.

Bake in a preheated 190 degrees oven for 45 minutes. To give the cake to cool, before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.
