Bagels with dates and figs
Bagels, prepared according to this recipe, get soft and pleasantly sweet. A small surprise is that until the last moment don't know what you're going to get in it: dates or figs. After tasting at work, many asked for the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Water

    125 ml

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    75 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Cards

    200 g

  • Figs

    4 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Cooking

Dilute in warm water sugar, salt, add the yeast and stir until dissolved.

Add half of the flour and vegetable oil.

Mix well.

Gradually, kneading the dough, add the remaining flour and vegetable oil. Knead plastic dough, form a ball, cover with a package and send in a warm place until increase in 2 times. Once the dough is ready, punch down and leave it for a second time.

Dates cut lengthwise and remove pits. Figs cut in half.

Coming up the second time put the dough on a cutting table and to press down.

Divide the dough into 3 parts.

Every part of velvety in the circle and cut into 8 segments.

On the edge of each segment to put the date or mate of figs. Wrap.

Lay out the Crescent rolls on a silicone Mat or a greased baking sheet and send in a preheated 200°C oven for 25 minutes.
