Vegetable chocolate cupcakes
Chocolate cupcakes lean - to brine from under pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, salted peanuts. Great dessert for the sweet tooth in the post. With the crust on top and soft inside - very emotional!

Ingredients

  • Brine

    70 ml

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    50 ml

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Peanuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Soda Gasim in brine, where there is vinegar, and soda will be liquidated. Add the sugar, sunflower oil, cocoa 2 tbsp, reserve one for topping the finished cupcakes. Mix all with a whisk.

Add the vanilla sugar, sift flour. Knead the dough.

Moulds wetted with water and spread the dough on 2/3 of the height of the molds.

Put the peanuts. Put in preheated oven for 15 minutes with t-180 C. Ready!!! Be guided by your oven. Allow to cool and spread of the forms.

Cupcakes put in paper molds and powdered cocoa with sugar.
