Recipes of this dish are many. Some cook it as second dish. I cook so. It actually combines the first and second. Strong rich broth, lots of vegetables and meat. A fairly quick, tasty and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

Cooking

Lamb to soak for 1 hour in cold water. Then drain, fill with fresh and then boil until tender. When cooked add salt and black pepper. Ready to pull out the meat, cool and slice into large chunks.

Chop coarsely the onion and lightly fry it, add meat and fry it lightly. All this beauty to send to the broth and cook.

Carrot slice. Send in the broth.

Cut the potato and broth in it.

Followed by a turn of the pepper.

When all this beauty is almost ready, add the small tomatoes whole. It is desirable that each consumer got a whole tomato in a bowl. You can add a Bay leaf. Cook for 5 minutes. All done!!! When serving sprinkle with chopped herbs and crushed garlic. BON APPETIT.
