Apple-currant muffins with glaze
Very tasty, tender, and imbued with a cupcake. It can be prepared with any fruit and berries. But flies very fast, like any homemade cakes)))

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    140 g

  • Sugar

    140 g

  • Flour

    140 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Apple

    100 g

  • Black currants

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    200 g

Cooking

Beat SL. the butter with the sugar until a light airy mass.

Add yolk and beat again.

One by one add the eggs, beat well after each addition.

Add juice and orange zest, mix well.

Add peeled and grated Apple, mix well.

Add the black currants and stir again.

Mix the flour with the baking powder, add to batter, and mix gently.

Put the dough in the form greased. Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for 50 minutes (ready to check with a skewer).

Allow to cool for 10 minutes, without removing from the mold, then put the cake on a wire rack. Lemon juice mixed with sugar and heated until complete dissolution of grains. Smear this mixture cupcake and wait until the glaze hardens. You can sprinkle with crushed sugar-refined sugar, it will be interesting. Bon appetit!!!
