Skoblyanka of 2 types of meat
This dish is a bit like potato gratin, tasted it in the restaurant and decided to cook at home on his own.

Ingredients

  • Beef

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Cheese

  • Cream

  • Spices

Cut chicken and beef, fry the meat, pepper and salt.

While the meat is fried, cut potatoes. I had new potatoes, so I just have a good wash.

Then add fried meat in our cream and simmer for 5 minutes.

While the meat is stewed, turn on the oven and grate the cheese.

Next, spread the meat in a baking dish.
