Easter cupcakes
I offer you the Easter cupcakes with raisins and honey glaze with a pastry topping.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Margarine

    50 g

  • Raisins

    4 Tbsp

  • Honey

  • Topping pastry

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Heat the milk and dilute it yeast SAF-MOMENT. Add eggs and sugar. Vegetable oil and melted margarine. Mix well. Add flour and raisins, knead the dough.

Put the dough in a bowl and leave for 1-2 hours in a warm place.

Table sprinkle with flour and put the bowl of dough. Bit crosses it to form a ball. Divide the ball into small balls to fit into silicone muffin tins.

Molds grease with vegetable oil and spread them in the dough balls. Grease with egg yolk and put to bake in preheated oven (200 degrees). Baked the cupcakes for about 30 minutes. Warm muffins out of the tins and grease with the honey. Sprinkle with confectionery sprinkles. Enjoy your tea!
