Farfalle with scallops in a creamy cheese sauce
Mouth-watering dish with a rich flavor of cheese and seafood! Such Farfalle impossible to refuse!

  • Flour

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Greens

    0.333 coup

  • Cream

  • Cheese

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

Farfalle! The method of cooking is different from cooking any other pasta. Ratio: 100g of pasta in 1 l of water and 7-10g of salt. But better than water still more, then interfere with less will have. Need to cook as long as indicated on the package. And they should not be soft after boiling! So, our cook Farfalle!

Scallops cleaned or defrosted. I got the scallops small, but very delicate.

Put the scallops and fry for no longer than 6-7 minutes. Pour balsamico. Salt and pepper to taste. We put them in a dish with Farfalle, gently stir.

Now start the sauce. Melt the butter.

Add flour, stirring constantly on low heat.

Add milk, then cheese and continue to interfere somewhere for 5-7 minutes, until complete dissolution of cheese. It turns a rich creamy sauce! Salt, pepper.

Pour the sauce with our dish and again all mixed! Served with fresh herbs and Parmesan cheese! Don't forget about a glass of white wine!
