Cooking
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 15 min. In a saucepan pour the cream(milk),add the powdered sugar, vanilla(vanilla sugar finely pounded). On medium heat bring to a boil, but do not boil. Remove kastryulka from the fire,add the well-squeezed gelatin stir until it is completely razvaritsya.
