Cooking
Wipe with grated bitter chocolate. put the softened butter. beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy. smooth.

Whisking constantly, add cornstarch and dark chocolate. separately, whip the whites to a peak.
Add the whites and milk, gently with a spoon, mix well.

Bake in the oven at 180" for about 45 minutes. allow to cool. melt in a water bath white chocolate / my chocolate was with rice / with 20 g of butter. pour on top of cake and decorate with chopped nuts.
