Chocolate cupcake with potato starch
Very tasty and tender cake is a wonderful option for those who have Allergy to gluten..

Ingredients

  • Potato starch

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • White chocolate

    60 g

  • Nuts

    20 g

Cooking

Wipe with grated bitter chocolate. put the softened butter. beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy. smooth.

Bake in the oven at 180" for about 45 minutes. allow to cool. melt in a water bath white chocolate / my chocolate was with rice / with 20 g of butter. pour on top of cake and decorate with chopped nuts.
