Oat muffins with maple syrup
Quick and easy to prepare muffins will delight you and your family a mild flavor and delicate aroma of maple syrup. Not cloying, perfect for those who are watching fit and healthy :)

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Maple syrup

    0.75 cup

  • Butter

    55 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Nuts

    0.5 cup

  • Muesli

    0.5 cup

  • Brown sugar

    0.333 cup

Cooking

The products that we need. I suddenly was not milk, had to be replaced by drinking ACTIVIA. And instead of nuts I baked muesli with nuts.

In a large bowl, mix cereal, milk and muesli (if you cook with them, and if with the nuts, add them at the end). Let stand for 5 minutes.
