Cooking
Grind the pistachios into fine crumbs.
Mix the sifted flour, cocoa, sugar, salt, baking powder.
Separately combine buttermilk, eggs and melted butter.
In the dry mixture gently vmese egg mass.
Form of grease with butter. Fill the dough 3/4.
Bake in a preheated 190°C oven for 15-20 minutes to dry kindling.
