Description

Roast the liver and heart with vodka
A great dish for dinner, flavorful and tender.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • A bouillon cube

    1 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Vodka

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

The liver and heart wash and slice (in half heart, and liver into 4 pieces).

Onions and peppers cut into half rings.

With orange to remove the zest and cut into strips, squeeze the juice.

Coarsely chop the greens.

Grind hot peppers.

The liver and heart fried in vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes.

And set them aside.

In the same pan, place onion, sweet and hot peppers, sauté 3 minutes.

Add the greens and fry for 30 seconds.

Return greens to the pan, stir.

Add the zest and orange juice, crumbled cube and vodka. Stir. Cook on medium heat for 7 minutes. Bon appetit!
