Carrot-ginger muffins with raisins and pecans
These muffins are quick and easy! They are very tasty and useful. And most importantly, will serve as a great spring decoration for your table=)

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Walnut oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Pecans

    100 g

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Carnation

    0.3 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

Carrots grate on a coarse grater

Beat eggs with sugar and butter

Add carrots to egg mixture

Mix all dry ingredients, add to carrots and eggs. Soak raisins for half an hour in strong black tea, then the tea to drain and dry the raisins. Nuts to chop and add along with raisins to the dough. Mix well. Lay on the molds, filling each one-third. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
