Dutch Apple and pear pie with biscuits
Peeped the recipe for this delicious blog, changed it a bit: added pear and biscuits. It turned out sooo delicious. The family has eaten in 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    6 piece

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Pear

    4 piece

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Butter

    140 g

  • Oat flakes

    40 g

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Vanilla

Prepare the dough. To do this, put in a blender the flour, sugar and cereals, oil and chop to a state of big fat crumbs.

Cut the apples and pear cubes (you can not peel, just wash thoroughly and remove the middle bit). In a saucepan mix water, sugar and flour. Put on fire and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Cook until the mixture thickens to a thick cream. Add the vanilla, stir and remove from heat.
