Soup with zucchini and meatballs
A very light soup with meatballs at us! And of course vegetable! For lunch at the time! Not to cook there is no reason! All need vitamins!

Ingredients

  • Water

    2.5 l

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Figure

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Onions, carrots, garlic chop and fry in vegetable oil 2-3 minutes.

Add sliced zucchini and peppers.

Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Next, add the vegetables, diced tomatoes.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Fill a pot with water, bring to a boil, drop the sliced potatoes. Bring to a boil.

Then add the steamed vegetables, cook the soup for 10 minutes. Then add to the pot the Bay leaf and pepper.

From minced meat and rice ( I boiled) to make the meatballs

Lower the meatballs into the soup,

Cook for another 10 minutes until tender. (check for seasoning)

The soup is ready. Serve with greens
