Creamy cheese soup with vegetables
Already on the verge of a great summer! And remember we have sure about this! A little menu to ease offer! All cheese soups I love! Very creamy, simple, but without the meat, vegetable! The soft, velvet of this! And cabbage it is color! Onions, carrots, zucchini! Know first dish good!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    0.5 plug

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

In a saucepan with a thick bottom to heat the oil, onions and carrots chop and fry until transparent

Zucchini cleaned, cut into cubes and add to the onions with carrots

Add the sliced potatoes, pour water, approximately 2 cm above the vegetables, if you don't like thick soup, water can be a little more. Add the spices, cook until half cooked potatoes
