Cooking
Rinse the rice several times changing the water until, until it becomes transparent.
In a saucepan, pour vegetable oil to a closed bottom, and just lay out the rice (it was raw, washed rice), don't wait until oil is hot. And fry until then, until the rice has turned Golden brown. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and garlic.

After 20 mins open the lid and the rice put small pieces of butter, and again cover the pan to keep the oil melted.
