Thai-style rice
This figure, if properly prepared, always turns out crumbly and delicious. Does not require pre-soaking.

Ingredients

  • Butter

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

  • Onion

  • Salt

  • Dill

Rinse the rice several times changing the water until, until it becomes transparent.
