Cooking
Butter room temperature RUB with rye flour with a fork. Add sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Fat village cheese mix with sugar
Add the eggs and mix well
Half of the crumbs spread on a greased pan with sides, then cheese and cover all with the remaining half of crumbs.
Bake in the oven until Browning
Allow to cool, then remove from the pan.
PS This cheesecake is very tasty with milk!
