Cooking
Pearl barley well washed, put in a saucepan and fill with boiling water. Leave to swell in a warm place for 2 hours
Onions and carrots clean. Finely chop onion, carrot grate on a coarse grater. Pepper wash, remove seeds and partitions, cut into strips. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil.
Ham and sausages cut into small slices, add to the vegetables and fry everything together for about 5 minutes. Then add 100 ml of broth (water) and tomato paste, simmer all together 10 minutes.
Broth (water) warmed in a saucepan, add pearl barley, Bay leaf, allspice and cook on low heat for 25 minutes. Potatoes cleaned, cut and put into the broth, cook for another 10 minutes. Pickles cut into slices and stewed with vegetables put in a broth. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and cook everything together for 5-10 minutes.
Ready soup serve with sour cream, sprinkled with herbs
