Cooking
In a bowl beat two eggs, add two tablespoons of sugar and whisk for one minute until fluffy mass. Then add the vegetable oil and condensed milk. Whisk.
Add flour, sifted with baking powder. I added the vanilla at the tip of the knife.
Mix all to a smooth, homogeneous mass without lumps.
Apples clean, cut out serdtsevinka, cut into small cubes. Mix with cranberries. Defrosting it is not necessary.
Spread the apples with the cranberries in the dough and mix well.
Spread the dough on the molds. I have silicone, so nothing to back them lubricated. And put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
Bake until dry matches, to a beautiful Golden brown.
