Buckwheat muffins with chocolate filling
I love chocolate cupcakes (or any cakes)), and of course, all this had an impact on my figure). And thanks to a new competition, I again remembered about healthy baking, with the addition of cereals and bran, and the firm Mistral presents us with a very wide selection of these products. And these muffins were born in my head - delicate, soft, with a liquid chocolate center, but it is very useful and delicious! Don't believe? And you come in and try!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

Pour the batter into the ramekins about 2/3, it rises slightly, and put it on the center cube of chocolate, one I put dried cherries. Bake in the oven at 180-200C about 20 to 30 minutes, they should be lightly browned, but most importantly, do not overdry it! Readiness can be checked on dry splinter. And when pressed with your finger they will slightly bounce.
