Description
I love chocolate cupcakes (or any cakes)), and of course, all this had an impact on my figure). And thanks to a new competition, I again remembered about healthy baking, with the addition of cereals and bran, and the firm Mistral presents us with a very wide selection of these products. And these muffins were born in my head - delicate, soft, with a liquid chocolate center, but it is very useful and delicious! Don't believe? And you come in and try!

Cooking
We will need oat bran and buckwheat flakes for my taste buckwheat flakes combine very well with chocolate)
In one bowl mix sugar and eggs (you can mix all the liquid ingredients, but I yogurt and butter at the end regulated the density of the test)
In another mix all the dry ingredients
Stir and pour into the bowl with the liquid ingredients
Mix well - at this step I added the yogurt and oil, and let the dough stand for 5 minutes
Pour the batter into the ramekins about 2/3, it rises slightly, and put it on the center cube of chocolate, one I put dried cherries. Bake in the oven at 180-200C about 20 to 30 minutes, they should be lightly browned, but most importantly, do not overdry it! Readiness can be checked on dry splinter. And when pressed with your finger they will slightly bounce.
Take out, let cool slightly and serve warm! Cold they are also delicious and retain their softness even after a day, but the chocolate solidifies there)
