Coconut cake, but with candied fruit... Corn flour gives it a very impressive...

Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Candied

    50 g

  • Coconut shavings

    50 g

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Soda

    1 tsp

Cooking

To eggs whipped with sugar and vanilla, add baking soda and yogurt.

Then enter the coconut and candied fruit, stir.

Add flour and stir the dough.

Pour the batter into the lined parchment and oiled. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until dry matches.
