Catfish in tomato sauce
Another tasty option for cooking fish.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Broth

    3 cup

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

  • Salt

Fillet wash, dry, cut into portions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Fry both sides in vegetable oil on a hot skillet.

Prepare sauce: Onions peel and coarsely chop.

Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Lightly fry the onion. In the roasting process add a pinch of sugar.

After add the carrots and fry for a few minutes.

The roasted vegetables add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, stir and stew two minutes.

After pour fish broth (3 cups), stir and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
