Bigos perch
Cooking options of bigoca set. This recipe is with fish. I read in a cooking pamphlet "the Feast" and slightly changed. Excellent bigos happened. Very tasty even cold. You can also try this.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    400 g

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

Cooking

Fish cut into pieces ,

Roll in flour and fry.

Fresh cabbage chopped. Apple grate, onion cut into rings, wash the mushrooms. Saute the vegetables together with the mushrooms for 10 minutes.

Add Apple, tomato paste, salt, pepper.

Mix thoroughly.

To put on top of fried fish and stew under the lid for another 15 minutes.

Delicious both hot and cold.
