Cooking
Fish cut into pieces ,
Fresh cabbage chopped. Apple grate, onion cut into rings, wash the mushrooms. Saute the vegetables together with the mushrooms for 10 minutes.
Add Apple, tomato paste, salt, pepper.
To put on top of fried fish and stew under the lid for another 15 minutes.
Delicious both hot and cold.
