Rabbit stewed in sour cream
Very tasty dietary meat.

Ingredients

  • Rabbit

    1100 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Basil

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

Cooking

Rabbit cut into portions, wash.

Carrots cut into slices.

The rabbit and the carrots, cover with water, blankets to little rabbit. When the water boils add sour cream, salt, add spices (except Bay leaf).

Simmer on slow heat for 2.5 hours, for 5 minutes until cooked add the Bay leaf. Bon appetit!
