Cooking
In 100 ml of warm milk dissolve the yeast and add the sugar 1 teaspoon
Add 50 g flour, stir and put into a warm place. For this I derived a little oven. Keep warm for about 15 minutes.
To take juice one beet of medium size.
Squeeze juice. I pressed the juice in the juicer and one beet I got a 50 ml of juice. If no juicer, the juice squeeze through cheesecloth, pre-beets grate on a grater.
The dough is ready for beet pancakes.
Add in the yeast mixture, the remaining milk, flour, egg, salt and sunflower oil.
Add beet juice and mix again. Set in warm for 15 minutes.
Fry the pancakes. One pancake-1/2 of a ladle. Turn pancakes D-15 see Pancakes thick and perforated. Pour the batter onto a hot, grease the pan. I grease the pan only for the first pancake.
