Cooking
Prepare the products.
In a Cup of sifted flour. Add the sugar, vanilla and baking powder. Add the butter.
Grind the ingredients with your hands or with a fork to a state of crumbs. Add the whipped egg.
Put the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
Prepare the filling. In the bowl of a blender put the peeled lemon and sugar. Grind.
Lemon mass add starch. Stir.
Take out the dough from the refrigerator. Divide into 2 equal parts. (number of forms).
From each piece of dough a little aside for the top of the cupcake. The greater part lay in a greased pan, forming boards.
Add half of the lemon filling.
Pending smaller part of the dough roll out in the form of cakes. Cover the filling. Slightly press the edges. Do the same on the 2nd cupcake. Form put in preheated oven and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Let cool a little and serve the cakes dusted with icing sugar.
